Privado Capital is a boutique investment bank offering independent advisory services to early and growth stage ventures across diverse sectors.
Our aim is to build long term relationships with select founders and assist them in their growth strategies, both organically and through well planned acquisitions. We aim to help them raise private capital through right partners - be it Venture Capital / Private Equity Funds, private investment groups or leading family offices.
Time is one of the most valuable resources while starting up and thus, we ensure a hands-on approach to ensure minimal disruption of operational bandwidth for entrepreneurs. The ventures we have worked with, look at us as an extension of their corporate development and strategy team. We assist them for not only their growth capital needs but also strategic inputs, secondary sales, acquisitions, and pre-IPO advisory too.
